Your account

View and edit your profile from the account area: your name, email, and sign-in method. If your instance allows it, you can manage password and connected OAuth sign-in providers here.

Organizations & memberships

Vyazen is multi-tenant: you belong to one or more organizations. An organization holds its connected repositories, tasks, integrations, and members. You can switch between organizations you're a member of from the UI.

Users (admin)

If you're an admin, you manage an organization's members:

• Invite members — send invites by email; they join on acceptance.
• Roles — assign roles that control what a member can do (e.g., admin vs. member). Admins can manage integrations, members, and settings; members create tasks and connect repositories.

Repositories (admin)

Admins see all repositories connected to the organization and can manage them — refresh, resume, or delete — beyond their own. See Connecting repositories for what each action does.

Model configuration (admin)

Admins configure which AI models are available to agents on the instance. The set of models here determines what the agent can use across workflow phases. If a model is unavailable or not configured, the agent falls back to whatever is configured.

Platform statistics (admin)

The admin dashboard gives an at-a-glance view of platform health:

• Counts of organizations, users, repositories, and tasks.
• Token usage.
• Failed tasks and failed indexing pipelines (useful to spot problems early).
• A 12-month task trend chart.

Feedback

Anyone can send feedback to the Vyazen team — optionally with a screenshot — from the feedback action. Use it to report issues or suggest improvements.
