What Are We Here For

Our Journey

The world of AI-native software development is changing rapidly. New models, capabilities, and agentic tools are continuously changing what is possible, often transforming established approaches within months.

Our journey in this space started while we were building Vyaasa, our first product. We found that the quality of an AI agent's output could be significantly improved if the agent had a deeper understanding of the codebase, not just individual files, but the relationships, dependencies, and architecture that connect them.

This led us to build Vyazen: a technology focused on helping AI agents understand and work with the context embedded within software repositories.

Over time, however, our perspective evolved.

We became convinced that context is only one part of the problem. While foundation models and agentic toolkits continue to improve rapidly, enterprise adoption of AI-native software development requires something more integrated. Enterprises need a framework that can curate and manage organizational context, govern how AI is used, orchestrate different agentic workflows, and continuously improve based on experience and outcomes.

What We Believe

We believe enterprise AI adoption is not primarily a point-tool problem. It is an organizational intelligence and workflow problem.

Enterprises can truly leverage AI-native development when they move from using isolated AI tools to building integrated frameworks around them. These frameworks bring together four critical capabilities: context and knowledge, governance, agentic workflows, and flexible intelligence.

The intelligence layer will continue to evolve as models become more capable. The workflows will evolve as organizations learn what works. And the context will continuously grow as the organization accumulates knowledge and experience.

The real opportunity, therefore, is not to build a system around today's AI capabilities. It is to build an adaptable framework that allows an organization to continuously incorporate better models, better tools, better context, and better workflows as the technology evolves.

Our Goal

At Vyazen, we want to partner with enterprises on this transition. We bring together products, technology, and expertise to help organizations build the foundations for AI-native software development and continuously evolve them as the technology changes.

Our goal is not simply to help enterprises adopt the latest AI tool. It is to help them build an AI-native development capability that gets better over time.
